Cacao Nibs are a high nutritious made from crushed cacao beans! Being exceptionally rich in anti-oxidants that reduce oxidative stress and inflammation they bring with them many health benefits.
Our cacao nibs are prepared right here at Zahu's Cacao Labs by our expert artisanal team by slow-roasting the beans to bring out the delicate flavour profile of the bean and then hand-winnowing them. We then crush them to the perfect consistency! Fresh, beautiful and fragrant you will not be disappointed.
We love these in our classic chocolate with a great balance of chocolate-y and fruity these nibs bring with them notes of red fruit, berries, apples, plums, tropical fruits, as well as pleasant woody notes, and light chocolate/brownie batter.
Kokoa Kamili: ethically sourced, specialty cocoa beans from the heart of Tanzania. In Swahili, the word “kamili” conveys the notion of precision. The literal translation (“exactly,” or “absolutely”) fits perfectly with the high-quality, fine-flavor beans produced by Kokoa Kamili.
